Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and any claims should be directed to the shipping carrier. The Sassafras Society is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries, as we have no control over the package once it is shipped.
If a product is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at hello@thesassafrassociety.com within 24 hours of delivery. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title, attach photos of the damaged product and shipping box, and include a description of the damage.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have reviewed your email regarding damage or order issues. If approved by our shipping carrier, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your claim, please contact us at hello@thesassafrassociety.com
